What's the minimum order?
12 pieces per design, mixing sizes freely. For single pieces use Bear Print on Demand.
How fast do orders ship?
1–3 business days from our Florida facility, on UPS. Transit is typically 1–4 days in the continental US.
Do you blind ship?
Yes, free. Plain packaging, your return address on the label, no inserts from us. Ship it to yourself or straight to your customer.
Do you send proofs?
We check every file before printing and contact you if resolution, transparency or sizing would print badly. If you want a visual proof before production, ask in the order notes — we'll email one before the job runs.
How do I send my artwork?
Paste a link (Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer) in the artwork field at checkout, or reply to your order confirmation with the file. PNG at 300 DPI is ideal; AI, EPS, PDF, SVG fine.
How do quantity discounts work?
Automatically, in the cart, on total pieces in the order. See Volume Pricing.
Can I mix colours within one design?
Yes — same design on black and white tees is still one design. List the split in the order notes.
What if something arrives misprinted?
Photo within 30 days → we reprint the affected pieces free.
Do you do embroidery or screen printing?
Not yet — DTF and names & numbers today. That's how we keep 1–3 day turnarounds.
